"The second part of the Rufu 10th anniversary project" A special food event will be held for one day only!
As the second part of our 10th anniversary celebrations, we will be holding a one-day only "Cross Dining" event on Saturday, November 30th.
"Cross Dining" is a premium local restaurant that will open for a few days in the area where Rufu is located.
This is a new form of regional revitalization that invites leading chefs from the industry and collaborates with key local players to add high value to unique regional dining experiences.
We will reinterpret the unique charms of each region and offer new dining experiences that combine top culinary players with key local players.
The first "Cross Dining" will feature "CROSSOM MORITA" as the key chef
