At "LOOF," an old-style inn that can be rented exclusively for private use, we have prepared a "Luxurious Irori Kaiseki Summer Menu" for this summer only. Enjoy a luxurious time savoring skewers packed with seasonal flavors while sitting around the hearth. Our staff will carefully grill each skewer right in front of you, allowing you to enjoy hospitality that makes you feel as if you were in a traditional Japanese restaurant.

This year's summer menu includes three seasonal appetizers, a luxurious shark fin chawanmushi, and the main course of skewers featuring superbly fresh seafood, flavorful meat skewers, and seasonal vegetables, allowing you to enjoy all the bounty of the land.

Seafood unique to each region, such as sweetfish raised in clear streams in Yamanashi, and flavorful barracuda (barracuda) and head-on shrimp in Chiba, are grilled to a fragrant perfection over the hearth.
The meat skewers include juicy chicken wings, fragrant miso-marinated Fujizakura pork, Koshu beef fillet, and more, ensuring a satisfying meal with every bite, with a total of 11 types of skewers.

In addition, there are plenty of vegetable skewers, such as sweet corn and seasonal shishito peppers. We offer seasonal ingredients, carefully grilled over the hearth.

To help you enjoy your meal even during the hot summer months, we offer a summer vegetable jelly as a palate cleanser and grated yam with our clay pot rice.

For dessert, enjoy a refreshing summer dish of white peach compote from Yamanashi, the "kingdom of fruit," served with jelly and vanilla ice cream.

Enjoy a "kaiseki meal" prepared by our staff in the special space of a traditional Japanese house.
